Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional limitations and craft personalized therapy programs aligned with their short- and long-term goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to engage in meaningful daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver cohesive, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their support networks with the skills, tools, and knowledge to sustain progress far beyond the therapy room
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and continuously evaluate outcomes to keep every patient moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education, specialty coursework, and post-graduate certifications are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
