* Schedule discovery calls and screening appointments between candidates and our senior recruiting team
 

* Nurture warm leads through timely follow-up to keep momentum moving throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep detailed, accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system
 

* Collect commissions tied directly to the meetings you book, the interviews that follow, and the placements that originate from your outreach
