CT Supervisor - Computed Tomography

Job Summary: MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic CT Supervisor. The CT Supervisor manages the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality patient care. This role also involves leading and guiding a team of CT technologists.

Computed Tomography Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Performs diagnostic and quality control of CT procedures.
• Responsible for the administration of contrast media. Ensures compliance with ALARA for the CT department.
• Demonstrates and practices strict adherence to radiation safety. 
• Optimizes the imaging devices to ensure quality imaging.
• Ensures efficient workflow within the department.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills and supervises staff in delivering patient care.
• Demonstrates leadership skills.  
• Supervises others in the provision of patient care.

CT Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5  years as a CT technologist.
• Three years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience including one year 
   of work-lead or supervisory experience.   
•  Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology           
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field of study.  
• License and or Certification 
• Must be a registered  CT technologist with the ARRT  
• Must obtain a license from the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance  to practice as a 
   CT  Technologist in the state of Maryland.
