Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations using standardized tools and skilled observational assessment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting short- and long-term goals across communication, swallowing, cognition, and language domains.
• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy focused on areas including articulation, fluency, voice, language processing, and dysphagia management.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team - including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, physicians, and social workers - to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and their families so progress continues well beyond the clinical setting.
• Support inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, maintaining a consistent thread of care across care transitions.
• Complete thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not yet been awarded.

Certifications
