Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or board eligibility with active pursuit of certification).

• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
