What You'll Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your existing professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introducing them to MLR and exploring their openness to new opportunities
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Nurture leads with timely follow-up that keeps candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and hires that originate from your outreach
