What You Will Do

• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or students, and maintain the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
