What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients ranging from newborns to older adults, managing everything from routine wellness visits to complex, multi-system chronic disease.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique background, goals, and circumstances.
• Lead and coordinate care across behavioral health, specialty, and ancillary services to ensure seamless, integrated patient experiences.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic evaluations, order appropriate testing, and monitor outcomes with precision and compassion.
• Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives, clinical team huddles, and value-based care programming.
• Document patient interactions thoroughly and efficiently using your organization's EMR platform.
• Extend your reach through telehealth services, meeting patients where they are — literally and figuratively.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME or equivalent body.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or board eligibility with active pursuit of certification).
• Active or eligible Michigan medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Confident clinical judgment with a strong foundation in preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Experience in or enthusiasm for value-based, outcomes-driven care delivery models.
• A communicator at heart — someone who listens as skillfully as they diagnose.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort with telemedicine workflows.
