We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to join our diagnostic imaging team in Munising, MI. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for performing essential nuclear medicine procedures, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and assisting our healthcare team in delivering high-quality diagnostic care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to safety and regulatory standards
• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment, including gamma cameras and PET/CT scanners
• Perform a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures, such as cardiac, bone, thyroid, and renal imaging
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control measures
• Provide patient education and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
• Certification or certification-eligible through ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols, radiopharmaceutical handling, and imaging techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
