Medical Technologist / MLT - Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing using manual techniques and automated instrumentation.
• Prepare and analyze laboratory specimens.
• Conducted quality control checks and verified test results for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support diagnostic and treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold safety and infection control standards.
• Support laboratory operations for both inpatient and outpatient care.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent national accrediting agency.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Previous clinical lab experience is preferred.
