What You'll Do:

Deliver Patient-Centered Care:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients with a variety of conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to individualized care plans
• Monitor and record patient progress, responding quickly to changes in condition

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team:

• Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and fellow caregivers
• Participate in planning and implementing care strategies
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance

Promote Safety and Compliance:

• Follow established protocols and safety standards
• Document care accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
