Job Summary: Provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and team members by performing laboratory tests with precision, timeliness, and professionalism. Communicate test results effectively to ordering practitioners, ensuring quality and accuracy in every step.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict adherence to quality control, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Follow all regulatory agency guidelines to ensure compliance and safety.
• Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues promptly.
• Contribute to problem resolution and maintain high productivity standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience: At least one year of laboratory work experience post-training is recommended but not mandatory.

Licenses or Certifications: American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification is preferred.

Work Shift: Night shift (3rd shift) in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
