Overview: Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate patient care in a neurology practice located in the Midwest region. This role supports healthcare delivery and patient management with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal clinical signs to identify at-risk patients.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, providing reassurance, education, and appropriate triage.
• Ensure smooth patient flow by preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical histories and chief complaints accurately.
• Communicate abnormal findings to physicians and document all patient interactions and billing information in electronic medical records.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management, including sample medications and logs.
• Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.

This position offers a full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting a collaborative healthcare environment in the Midwest.
