Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support through delegation, recognizing normal and abnormal patient conditions to ensure safety and quality care.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, including preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical histories and chief complaints.
• Communicate effectively with patients, offering reassurance, education, and clear instructions following physician guidance.
• Assist physicians during minor surgeries, treatments, and testing procedures, including applying splints, dressings, and administering sample medications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic billing documentation.
• Ensure clinical areas are well-stocked, clean, and organized, maintaining sterile instruments and functional equipment.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.
