Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care and clinical support in a dynamic practice setting. This role involves assisting with patient management, ensuring smooth healthcare delivery, and supporting physicians in various clinical tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients.
• Provide patient reassurance, education, and clear instructions, responding promptly to telephone triage.
• Manage patient flow efficiently by preparing patients for exams, recording vital signs, and documenting medical histories and chief complaints.
• Observe and communicate abnormal patient signs to physicians, ensuring accurate medical record documentation.
• Assist with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management under physician supervision.
• Maintain clinical supplies, ensure exam rooms are clean and organized, and uphold sterilization and equipment functionality standards.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience in a medical practice.

This position offers a full-time schedule during the first shift, serving patients in a welcoming healthcare environment located in a regional area of the Midwest United States.
