Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established anesthesia team in a community hospital setting located in the Midwest region of the United States. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized anesthesia care across a variety of patient types, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Department Overview: The anesthesia practice covers multiple regional communities and is expanding its reach. The team values autonomy, teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes, focusing on common surgical procedures including joint programs, robotics, endoscopy, pulmonary, and cath lab cases. Staff enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care including epidurals, caudals, nerve blocks, and sedation techniques.
• Perform anesthesia-related procedures under anesthesiologist supervision.
• Manage cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive/noninvasive monitoring.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and discharge instructions.
• Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• Eligible for medical malpractice insurance as required by regional regulations.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current registered nurse licensure valid in the applicable state.
• Compliance with all relevant state statutory and regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour options with full-time and part-time availability.
