Job Summary: Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across healthcare facilities in the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care projects including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning and maintenance materials.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Archive records and complete additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any needed repairs promptly.
• Demonstrate proper use of chemicals, supplies, and tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Support teamwork by assisting peers, communicating effectively, and contributing to a cooperative work environment.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory compliance, including reporting any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or safety hazards.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of all patients and staff.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations, including fires or disasters.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or custodial role is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This position operates primarily during the second shift hours, providing essential support services in a healthcare setting within the Midwest region.
