Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care duties including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning materials and other necessary items.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment, window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any needed repairs promptly.
• Adhere to departmental standards and minimum performance expectations including attendance, training, and uniform compliance.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Support legal and regulatory compliance by reporting any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or safety issues.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of patients and staff.
• Work collaboratively with team members, offering assistance and fostering a cooperative environment.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors and peers, keeping them informed of work status and needs.
• Report safety concerns and incidents immediately and follow established safety protocols.
• Participate in disaster response duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or maintenance role is advantageous.

Work Schedule: Evening shift from 5:00pm to 1:00am, 40 hours per week.
