Job Summary: Provide exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, and team members by performing laboratory tests with precision, timeliness, and professionalism. Communicate test results effectively to ordering practitioners, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of accuracy in all laboratory testing procedures.
• Perform quality control, quality assurance, and routine maintenance in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues promptly.
• Resolve problems proactively to maintain smooth laboratory operations.
• Contribute to productivity goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience: At least one year of laboratory work experience post-training is recommended but not mandatory.

Licenses or Certifications: American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification is preferred.

Work Shift: Night shift (3rd shift) with a 40-hour workweek.

This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
