Job Summary: Join a compassionate healthcare team dedicated to supporting patient care and clinical operations in a dynamic wellness center setting. This role involves assisting healthcare providers by delivering attentive patient care and managing clinical tasks efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk individuals. Deliver care aligned with established standards and guidelines.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries via telephone, offering reassurance, education, and appropriate triage.
• Ensure smooth healthcare service delivery throughout patient visits, including accurate and up-to-date medical record documentation.
• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints, while observing and communicating any abnormal findings to providers.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management, including sample medications and maintaining logs.
• Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications, ensuring patients understand physician instructions and treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain laboratory logs as prescribed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.

Work Shift: 1st Shift, part-time (approximately 34.5 hours weekly).
