Job Summary: This role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings, adhering strictly to infection control standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas, including operating rooms and common spaces.
• Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance.
• Handle and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste following all safety guidelines.
• Adhere to infection prevention and hospital policies at all times.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to fulfill department objectives.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous experience in a related cleaning or support services role is advantageous.
• Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience recommended.

Work Schedule: Night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am, full-time hours.

This position is located in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
