Job Summary: Provide essential office support by implementing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures, and policies. Ensure smooth front office operations and manage supply procurement. Serve as a key point of contact for associates, physicians, and patients.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform all typing and copying tasks, including creating forms, maintaining menu systems, and preparing reports, minutes, and communications for physicians and hospital staff.
- Complete all word processing and correspondence promptly and efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met unless otherwise directed by management.
- Answer phones, retrieve voicemails, and initiate contact or paging for physicians and departmental associates as needed.
- Provide coverage for front office phones during absences to maintain continuous communication.
- Maintain accurate correspondence and message records related to office communications.
- File and copy all patient and non-patient related documents and correspondence appropriately.
- Offer constructive feedback to improve front office efficiency and effectiveness.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework related to administrative and receptionist duties, such as typing, word processing, spreadsheets, and communication skills, is preferred.
Work Shift:
First shift, full-time, 38 hours per week.
