In this role, you will assist with patient care management, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to discharge. Your responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations. You will also assist physicians with procedures such as applying splints, administering treatments, and managing minor surgeries. Effective communication with patients is key, as you will provide reassurance, education, and clear instructions regarding treatment plans and medication usage.

Education: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required.

Experience and Requirements: Ability to recognize normal and abnormal patient parameters, perform laboratory tests, maintain accurate medical records, and manage clinical supplies is essential. You will also be responsible for ensuring exam rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked, following all sterilization and safety protocols. This position requires flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice and a warm, patient-centered approach to care.
