Physical Therapist Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you'll assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Your role will involve developing personalized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and educating patients on exercises and strategies to maintain their health long-term.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science in Allied Health Professions in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy
• Current CPR certification
• Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, interpret findings, develop a customized plan of care, and provide high-quality care to help patients achieve maximum functional recovery
• Re-assess patient progress regularly and adjust care plans as needed
• Deliver treatment according to the established plan of care, making clinical adjustments as necessary to meet patient needs
• Utilize department-specific EMR programs, incorporating evidence-based functional measures into care plans
• Demonstrate expertise in treating orthopedic and neurological patients
• Accurately document patient treatments and charges
