The RN delivers expert patient care and shared leadership within the unit.

• Make appropriate patient care assignments based on nurse expertise, patient acuity, and technical needs.

• Communicate clearly to manage expectations and provide timely responses to patient needs, ensuring a positive experience.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or, if unaccredited, a minimum of five years acute care nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications.

Licensure:

Current active Registered Nurse license as required by the state board.

This position offers day and evening shifts within a regional healthcare setting in the Midwest United States.
