Physical Therapist Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on exercises and strategies to improve and maintain their overall health.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Allied Health Professions with a focus in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure to practice physical therapy
• CPR certification (current)
• Clinical experience is preferred but not required

Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, interpret findings, and design customized treatment plans to optimize functional recovery
• Regularly reassess patients' progress and make adjustments to the care plan as necessary
• Administer treatment based on the established care plan, modifying approaches as required to meet individual patient needs
• Leverage department-specific EMR systems to track progress and integrate evidence-based functional measures into care
• Demonstrate strong expertise in managing orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatments and associated charges
