Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a respected anesthesia team in the Midwest region of the United States. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized anesthesia care in a community hospital setting, supporting a variety of patient types from pediatrics to geriatrics. Department Overview: The anesthesia practice is well-established, covering multiple hospital locations in the central Midwest area. The caseload includes joint programs, robotics, endoscopy, pulmonary, and cath lab procedures. The team prides itself on excellent patient outcomes and a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Perform anesthesia-related procedures under anesthesiologist supervision
• Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Administer various anesthesia techniques including epidural, caudal, nerve blocks, and sedation
• Manage cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive/noninvasive monitoring
• Provide post-anesthesia care and discharge instructions

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• Eligible for medical malpractice insurance as required by regional regulations

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current registered nurse licensure in the applicable state
• Compliance with all relevant state statutory and regulatory requirements
