Job Summary: This full-time nursing role offers a dynamic schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend off, providing care in immediate care centers open extended hours throughout the week and weekends. Ideal candidates bring experience in urgent care, critical care, or emergency departments.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Fiscal Responsibility: Efficiently manage resources and supplies to promote cost savings. Utilize time productively and delegate assignments based on patient acuity and census. Engage in ongoing education to support cost-effective practices.

• Community Service and Patient Satisfaction: Positively represent the healthcare facility in community events and daily interactions. Actively contribute to patient satisfaction through rounding, timely responses, and professional conduct. Foster a therapeutic environment supportive of patients and healthcare students.
• Patient Safety: Incorporate safe care practices including fall prevention, safe mobilization, medication administration, and patient identification. Report near misses and engage in proactive safety processes while adhering to privacy and safety standards.

Education and Experience Required:
