Job Summary: Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within healthcare facilities across the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care projects including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning and maintenance materials.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and promptly report any repair needs.
• Adhere to chemical and tool usage guidelines and perform additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Support legal and regulatory compliance by reporting any concerns related to abuse, neglect, or safety.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of patients and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the Support Services team, offering assistance and fostering a cooperative environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers, providing updates and participating in problem-solving.
• Report safety concerns and incidents immediately and follow established safety protocols.
• Participate in disaster response duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or housekeeping role is advantageous.
