Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a supportive environment that champions best practices and exceptional customer service. The position supports acute care departments including childbirth, special care nursery, and postpartum units.

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams to manage expectations and enhance the patient experience.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent with at least five years of acute care nursing experience if non-accredited.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current active Registered Nurse licensure as required by the regional nursing board.

This position offers part-time day shifts with approximately 24 scheduled hours weekly, serving a regional community in the Midwest United States.
