Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to join a well-established team providing exceptional care in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest. This role involves delivering comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric and newborn patients, including coverage of a 10-bed pediatric unit and a 6-bed Special Care (Level 2) Nursery.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, employed position with competitive compensation and bonus opportunities
• Average of 11-15 shifts per month with some scheduling flexibility based on patient census
• Work within a supportive team of six Pediatric Hospitalists providing 24/7 in-house care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for integrated patient management

Education and Certification:

• Medical degree required
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics

Experience and Requirements:

• Proven ability to provide high-quality inpatient pediatric care
• Comfortable attending deliveries and managing newborn care in a Level 2 nursery setting
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
