Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves supporting healthcare delivery and patient management with flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the practice.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines, respond to patient calls with appropriate triage, and offer reassurance and clear instructions.
2. Facilitate smooth healthcare service delivery during patient visits by ensuring medical records are accurate and up to date. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints. Monitor patients for abnormal symptoms, communicate findings to physicians, and document all observations thoroughly. Confirm patient understanding of physician instructions upon discharge and accurately document billing information in electronic records.
3. Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams under supervision. Apply splints and dressings, manage medication samples and logs, coordinate necessary testing and referrals, and obtain consents for invasive procedures or immunizations. Provide patient education materials and ensure patients comprehend treatment plans and medication usage. Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as required.
4. Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring exam rooms are clean, sterile, and well-equipped. Monitor equipment functionality and adhere to cleaning protocols.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Education and Experience Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.
