Join a collaborative healthcare team as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), providing primary and women’s health care services in a supportive multidisciplinary environment within the Midwest region. This role involves working closely with sponsoring physicians and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and legible medical records while demonstrating proficiency with clinical computer systems including billing and meaningful use.
- Manage time and supplies efficiently, support scheduling improvements, and participate in cost-effective care initiatives.
- Facilitate patient care continuity by coordinating with community resources and ensuring timely billing for services.
- Establish and confirm medical diagnoses, order and interpret lab and imaging tests, prescribe medications, and develop follow-up care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians following established protocols to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Assist in quality improvement efforts by preparing and analyzing clinical data and educating colleagues.
- Provide patient education, counseling, and support, adjusting care plans based on patient feedback and clinical findings.
- Ensure patient safety by organizing delegated tasks and tailoring care to developmental stages from infancy to geriatrics.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments including psychosocial and medical histories.
- Participate in professional development activities such as peer review, competency testing, and continuing education to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required for new hires.
- Proficiency with computer systems is necessary.
- Area-specific education requirements must be obtained and maintained.

Licensure and Certifications:
- Current active Registered Nurse licensure by the appropriate state board.
- Certified APRN credential required for new hires.
