Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy in all laboratory testing procedures
- Perform quality control, quality assurance, and routine maintenance
- Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines
- Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues
- Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required

Experience:
- At least one year of post-training laboratory experience is recommended but not mandatory

Licenses or Certifications:
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Certification preferred

Work Shift:
- Evening shift, typically 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, full-time (40 hours per week)
