Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a setting that champions best practices and exceptional customer service. The position supports acute care departments including Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Intensive Care, Childbirth, Pediatric, Operating Room, Perianesthesia, Endoscopy/GI, and Cardiac Cath Lab units.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or, if unaccredited, a minimum of five years acute care nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications must be obtained and maintained.

Licensure:

Current active Registered Nurse license as required by the state board.

Work Shift: First shift, 36 hours weekly.
