Essential Responsibilities:

• Community Service and Patient Satisfaction: Positively represent the healthcare facility in community events. Actively contribute to patient satisfaction through rounding, timely responses, service recovery, and professionalism. Foster a therapeutic environment and support healthcare students.
• Patient Safety: Integrate safe patient care practices daily, including fall prevention, safe mobilization, medication administration, and patient identification. Report near misses and engage in proactive error reduction. Adhere to Just Culture principles, HIPAA, and safety standards.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer skills is necessary.

Mandatory Licensure/Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse licensure by the appropriate state board.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications as required.

Work Shift: 1st Shift, part-time, approximately 24 hours weekly.
