Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care duties including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing various floor types to ensure a polished, high-gloss finish.
• Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as baseboards, door edges, and transition strips.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, paper products, and paint.
• Inspect assigned areas to maintain cleanliness standards and report any needed repairs.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment, window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and disaster policies to protect patients and staff.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations by showing courtesy, compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members, offering assistance and fostering a cooperative environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers, providing updates and seeking solutions proactively.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
