Job Summary: Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a pediatric setting. Your daily tasks will adapt to the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring quality care and support for young patients and their families.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, maintaining awareness of normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk clients.
• Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines, including responding to telephone triage with reassurance, accurate teaching, and clear directions.
• Facilitate efficient healthcare delivery during patient visits by ensuring medical records are accurate and up to date, preparing patients for examinations, and collecting vital signs and medical histories.
• Observe and communicate abnormal patient signs to physicians, document findings thoroughly, and ensure patients understand discharge instructions.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams, including applying splints, managing medication samples, arranging tests and referrals, and obtaining consents for procedures and immunizations.
• Distribute educational materials and support patient understanding of treatments and medication usage.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain laboratory logs as prescribed.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, ensuring cleanliness, and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to the dynamic clinical environment.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited high school.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Program.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Must hold a valid nursing license in the applicable state.

Work Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 40-hour workweek.
