Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Midwest region as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care. This role involves evaluating and treating musculoskeletal, vascular, and neurological conditions with personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient. You will provide education and preventative care to patients, their families, and healthcare associates, acting as a vital liaison among patients, families, physicians, nursing staff, and social services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric, using clinical expertise to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment.
2. Operate therapeutic equipment such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation units, mechanical traction, and wound care devices.
3. Guide patients in the use of assistive devices, braces, orthotics, prosthetics, and exercise equipment.
4. Assist patients with mobility, strengthening exercises, muscle reeducation, gait training, and activities of daily living.
5. Adapt therapy techniques for patients with cognitive or physical limitations.
6. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare accreditation standards.
7. Engage in continuous quality improvement and peer review processes.
8. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
9. Supervise aides, students, and volunteers.
10. Support departmental functions and contribute to staff education.

Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy program recognized by national professional associations. A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree is required. Continuing education relevant to clinical practice is encouraged.

Licensure and Certifications:
1. Must hold or be eligible for licensure in the applicable state.
2. CPR certification is mandatory.
