Essential Responsibilities:

• Apply current clinical knowledge and technical skills to deliver expert nursing care, making appropriate patient assignments based on acuity and expertise.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience with at least five years in acute care if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications as required.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.

This position offers a second shift schedule with 36 hours per week in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
