Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Midwest region as a Registered Respiratory Therapist providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered respiratory care. Responsibilities include comprehensive age-specific assessments, collaborating with patients' families and healthcare providers to gather medical histories, and documenting findings thoroughly. You will identify physical, psychosocial, cultural, and safety needs, prioritize care, and develop individualized care and education plans. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, you will implement evidence-based interventions and coordinate access to community resources. Continuous evaluation of patient responses and care effectiveness is essential, with adjustments made as needed to optimize outcomes.

Education: Graduation from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program is required, with an Associate Degree or equivalent as a minimum; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience and Requirements: Candidates must obtain the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care within one year of hire and maintain active status. An active Respiratory Care Provider license from the relevant state health professions bureau is mandatory.
