Clinical Responsibilities: Manage an average patient load of 20-25 daily, performing approximately 100 gynecological surgeries annually. Utilize advanced technology such as the DaVinci surgical robot and the EPIC electronic medical record system to enhance patient care. Participate in a modified laborist model with 24-hour in-house coverage for OB, pediatrics, and anesthesia, and share a 1:5 call schedule within the group.
