Job Summary: Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across healthcare facilities in the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing to achieve a high-gloss finish using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, paper products, and paint.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any repair needs promptly.
• Adhere to chemical safety protocols and proper use of cleaning tools.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as required.
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations through courteous and respectful interactions.
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs immediately.
• Participate in emergency response duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and thorough completion of tasks.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or custodial role is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

Evening shift from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, part-time with approximately 18.5 hours per week. Weekend and holiday rotations may be required.
