Physical Therapist

Minnesota | Full-Time | 85% Outpatient | 10-12 hour shifts
 

We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in Minnesota. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to the latest tools and resources to provide high-quality rehabilitation services.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Minnesota
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation is preferred but not required
• Passion for helping patients achieve their health goals
