Job Summary: Ensure patient, physician, and team needs are met by expertly preparing, processing, screening, and reporting cytology, FNA, and histology specimens. Deliver accurate, timely, and courteous laboratory test results with professionalism and competence.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain high accuracy in specimen analysis and reporting.
• Perform quality control and maintenance tasks diligently.
• Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
• Manage workload, process reports, and maintain files efficiently.
• Address and resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain productivity and adapt to assigned duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

Possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in cytology.

Licensure and Certifications:

Must hold Cytologist certification from ASCP or an equivalent regulatory agency.

Work Shift:

Day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
