Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join a thriving practice in a vibrant regional community in the Midwest. This full-time role involves clinic coverage four days per week, with a weekend hospital call rotation of 1:3. The provider will typically see 20-25 patients daily, focusing on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Clinical Environment: The practice features a well-equipped infusion center with 21 chairs and utilizes the Epic electronic medical record system for seamless patient management. The multidisciplinary team includes breast surgery, radiation oncology, nurse navigation, genetic testing, and palliative care services, ensuring comprehensive cancer care. The program holds accreditations from the Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, reflecting a commitment to excellence.

Education and Certification: Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology.

Experience: Experience with outpatient clinic management and hospital coverage is preferred. Familiarity with Epic EMR is advantageous.
