Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a dynamic emergency department setting within a regional healthcare facility in the Midwest. This role emphasizes best practices, relationship-based care, and adherence to professional nursing standards guided by the ANA Code of Ethics and relevant nursing regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent acute care experience of at least five years if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in accordance with state nursing board requirements.

This position offers a 3rd shift schedule with 36 hours weekly in a supportive and growth-oriented environment serving the broader Midwest region.
