Join a dedicated team providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal, vascular, and neurological conditions tailored to each patient's needs. This role involves educating patients, their families, and healthcare associates, while serving as a vital link between patients, physicians, nursing staff, and social services. Responsibilities include high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation, as well as patient and family education. You will operate therapeutic equipment such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, mechanical traction, and wound care devices. Guiding patients in the use of assistive devices, braces, orthotics, and prosthetics is essential, along with directing mobility, strengthening exercises, muscle reeducation, gait training, and activities of daily living. Adaptation of physiotherapeutic techniques for patients with limited comprehension or voluntary participation is required. Accurate documentation following regulatory and departmental standards is expected. Participation in continuous quality improvement and peer review processes is encouraged. Excellent communication skills and guest relations are vital, as is supporting the organization's mission and values. You will also supervise aides, students, and volunteers, assist with departmental functions, and contribute to staff education. Continuing self-education in relevant clinical areas is supported.

Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association, American Occupational Therapy Association, or American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree is required. Continuing education relevant to clinical practice is expected.

Experience and Requirements: Active participation in professional therapy associations at local, state, and national levels is encouraged. Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state is mandatory. CPR certification is required.
