Job Summary: Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a dynamic practice setting. Your daily tasks will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care and support.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk clients. Provide care aligned with established standards and guidelines.
• Respond promptly to telephone inquiries, triage effectively, and offer patients reassurance, clear education, and guidance.
• Facilitate smooth healthcare delivery during patient visits by ensuring medical records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints, while observing and communicating any abnormal findings to the physician.
• Document patient interactions and physician instructions thoroughly in electronic medical records, including billing information.
• Support physicians with testing, treatment procedures, minor surgeries, and physical exams, including applying splints and dressings under supervision.
• Manage sample medications and logs, arrange necessary testing or admissions, and obtain appropriate referrals and consents for invasive procedures or immunizations.
• Distribute educational materials and ensure patients understand treatment plans and medication usage.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Education and Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours per week).
