Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehab professionals to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences to support a cohesive, team-driven approach to healing

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing
• CPR certification preferred
• Specialty certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are welcomed, though not required

Skills

• Prior clinical experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage patients with complex, multifaceted medical and mobility challenges
